Returns & Exchanges

At Ritkeep Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your strength training gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the equipment is in its original packaging with all components included, and securely attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for verification during the transit period.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
